Allgemeine Vertragsbedingungen

Einzug/Auszug
Gebuchte Ferienwohnungen stehen Ihnen ab 14.00 Uhr des vereinbarten Anreisetages zur Verfügung.
Am Abreisetag sind die Ferienwohnungen bis spätestens 10.00 Uhr zu übergeben.
Falls nicht nach vorheriger Absprache andere Zeiten vereinbart wurden.

Personenzahl
Für jede Wohnung ist eine bestimmte Personenzahl angegeben, die nicht überschritten werden darf.
Überzählige Personen können zurückgewiesen werden.

Zahlungsbedingungen
Am Anreisetag in bar.
Bei Überweisung 8 Tage vor Anreise.

Reklamation
Sollten Sie in der Ferienwohnung Mängel anzugeben haben, bitten wir um umgehende Mitteilung.
Sollten Sie selbst in Ihrer Buchungszeit einen Schaden verursachen, bitten wir auch hier um sofortige
Benachrichtigung. Der Schaden ist von Ihnen zu ersetzen. Sollte ein von Ihnen nicht gemeldeter Schaden von Ihrem Nachmieter angegeben werden, müssen wir Ihnen
die anfallenden Kosten in Rechnung stellen.

Rücktritt
Unser Stornogebühren richten sich nach Richtlinen der DeHoGa

bis 8 Wochen vor Buchungstermin	kostenfrei
ab 8 - 4 Wochen vor Buchungstemin	40% des Übernachtungspreises
ab 4 - 2 Wochen vor Buchungstermin	70% des Übernachtungspreises
ab 2 Wochen vor Buchungstermin	90% des Übernachtungspreises


	Bei Ersatzbelegung entfallen Stornokosten.

Conditions of the contract

Moving in and moving out
Booked holiday appartments are available from 14:00 o´clock at the day agreed. You have to leave the appartment on the leaving day at the latest at 10:00 o´clock. We also can talk and agree about other times.

Number of persons
For every appartment there is a number of persons mentioned. It is not allowed to live there with more persons.
We could refuse to let them live there.

Terms of payment
You have to pay in cash the day of moving in.
Paying by transfer: 8 days before moving in.

Complaints
If there is anything not all right, please tell us immediately. If you would cause a damage during your stay, please tell us also. You have to replace the damage. If there is a damage announced by the tenant afterwards that you haven´t mentioned, we have to ask you for the costs.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel the contract, you have to do it in a written form.
The costs of cancellation are the normal valid fees.

from 8 - 4 weeks before date of booking	40% of total price
from 4 - 2 weeks before date of booking	70% of total price
from 2 weeks before date of booking	90% of total price


	No cancellation charges in case of substitution.
